Staying just a short walk from shin-osaka station made my weekend so much easier, giving me quick access to both kyoto and nara along with a variety of great restaurants nearby. despite the bustling area, my room offered a cozy retreat and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always helpful whenever I had questions about navigating the city.

Location is really great, only a few minutes from Shin-Osaka station. The room, though small like many budget hotels in Japan, had all the essentials, including a safe and a comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi connectivity made my stay smoother. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work well, making the room pretty warm. The bathroom lacked hand soap, which felt odd. Breakfast options were limited to set menus, and I couldn't find much to enjoy as a vegetarian. Noise from the nearby highway was annoying at times, too. Staff were kind but could use some help during busy times, like check-out. Overall, a convenient place with some quirks.

Staying here was quite the experience, especially with the hotel's proximity to Shin Osaka station which made getting around the city very easy. I especially appreciated the large tub/shower area in my room, though the sofa was a bit uncomfortable. The limited counter space in the bathroom was also a downside. On the plus side, the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, providing a good start to my days exploring the area, including Dotonbori and Osaka Castle.

The proximity to Shin Osaka station made traveling seamless for us. We appreciated the spaciousness of our twin room, which provided ample comfort after a long day. The shower was particularly refreshing, offering a great start to our mornings each day.

We did experience some noise from neighboring rooms, which disturbed our sleep.

Super close to Shin Osaka station, only a minute away! The room was decent with great amenities like air conditioning and a private bathroom. Loved the shower and all the essentials. The massage spa facilities were a nice touch. Really spacious for a Japanese hotel. Clean and comfy stay overall.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Shin-Osaka station, which was perfect for my large family with 5 teenagers and 2 children. We loved how clean everything was, and the typical amenities were sufficient for our needs during our travels.

In my wife’s opinion, the beds were uncomfortably hard.
